My writing has grown since my time at The Crescent, my university's newspaper.

In 2024, I established a seasonal email newsletter for the Japan America Society of Oregon, The JASO Shimbun, to summarize the organization's activities as well as highlight other local Japan-related activities and businesses.

I have had the pleasure of interviewing a variety of people in the US-Japan community for The JASO Shimbun. From community leaders to CEOs, I have traveled and met with each person to share a portion of their story in approximately 250-350 words for JASO's seasonal newsletter.
